Think long term
Prefer durable foundations to short-term optimisation.
FEROX YT combines an engineering culture, leadership experience and a simple ambition: to build solid, useful companies that are able to last.
A computer science and network engineer, Jérémy WALTHER built his career across software development, infrastructure, management and organisational transformation.
FEROX YT began in 2018 as an independent DevOps consulting activity. That experience shaped a conviction: the principles that make systems reliable — simplicity, observability, automation and continuous improvement — can also make a company more robust.
In 2022, he co-founded FIREBRAKE SAS and became a shareholder. In 2026, FEROX YT became a simplified joint-stock company and fully embraced its role as an entrepreneurial holding company. Technology remains central to its DNA, now serving a broader range of ventures.
Our way of building companies is based on four principles applied to both decisions and operations.
Prefer durable foundations to short-term optimisation.
Choose the solution that fits the context, not the one making the most noise.
Secure, document and prepare every business to handle the unexpected.
Measure, learn and evolve the organisation without losing coherence.
An independent business is created around software development, DevOps, infrastructure and support for technical teams.
Jérémy WALTHER helps create FIREBRAKE SAS as a co-founder and shareholder. The stake is subsequently held by FEROX YT SAS from 2026.
FEROX YT becomes an entrepreneurial holding company that creates, owns, structures and supports portfolio companies.
A group company is launched around creative experiences and candle-making workshops.
